Let’s get straight to it, here is my story on exactly how to quit smoking cigarettes, if you have been searching for the best way to quit smoking then you’ve come to the right place, because I’m going to tell you quite possibly the most effective way to stop smoking for good, so I strongly suggest you carry on reading if you want to discover more about my raw, uncut story on how I managed to give up in just one day and haven’t touched a cigarette in over 3 years.

I tried many different methods to quit but still couldn’t quit!

Listen I don’t know about you but I smoked 15-20 cigarettes a day for over 20 years. I started smoking socially to fit in at school when I was around 14 years old. Fast forward 20 years and I’d tried to quit dozens of times but the nicotine addiction was too strong. I’m telling you, you name it I tried it all; the expensive quit smoking laser therapy, the quit smoking gum, nicotine patches all the stop smoking aids that I tried on the market just didn’t seem to work. You know how it goes, you kick the habit for a day maybe two and then the “cravings” set in and you’re literally gasping for your next cigarette.

I finally discovered an easy-step-by-step system to give up smoking..

Well I’m telling you now all the regular smokers I knew never gave up first time round, you and I are no different. In fact the only reason I actually managed to quit smoking was because I followed a system I learnt about from my friend Greg at work. I got talking to him one lunchtime at work about my desire to kick the habit, he told me about something called the P.Q™ method which he said was an easy step-by-step system he used to quit smoking and completely removed the mental part of the addiction for good.

He said it allowed him to quit within 7 days, and within that time the cravings were gone and he had absolutely no desire to smoke. Like any normal person in that situation I was sceptical since I hadn’t heard of anything that could produce those sort of results within such a short space of time. I set what I thought was an almost impossible target – to quit smoking in 24 hours..

After I got the system that night I decided enough was enough, I wasn’t going to take 7 days I was going to do it in 24 hours or not at all…

I went home told my wife to throw my cigarettes out because today was the day I had decided to quit. If this unique method worked for Greg at work then it was going to work for me.

I set up my room with no distractions and started looking over this method and realised that I wouldn’t need to keep a smoking diary (tried that in the past and got bored), it was going to allow me to quit without gaining weight and at my own pace.

I applied the targeted psychotherapeutic method and followed all the instructions, when I got up the next day I felt confident that my smoking days were a thing of the past. In fact that morning was the first morning in 20 years I never got up and smoked straight away, I waited and waited for the cravings to come but they never did.

After 24 hours  I had no mood swings, no nicotine withdrawal, I actually felt a little bit sick when I thought about smoking. 2 weeks later I still hadn’t smoked; I told Sara (my wife) and she couldn’t believe I quit so fast, she had a proud look on her face, she’d always wanted me to give up for our son and my health.

After the first few weeks everything smelled differently, tasted better, I actually felt healthier and the extra $45 dollars a week was pretty handy too. I’m telling you if you’re ready to quit I seriously think this method will help.

A few years ago I’d have thought there wasn’t a way but now there is an
easy way to quit smoking. Simply put I wouldn’t waste your money on stop smoking aids because you will soon realise you still haven’t mentally given up on smoking. The method I followed allowed me to quit completely and not have the urge to smoke again, the thought of it actually made me feel sick.

Going Cold Turkey Only Stops The Physical Addiction

The first thing you need to realise when you want to quit smoking using the traditional methods is that even if they do work, you will still crave cigarettes. All it takes is one lousy day to justify a relapse and you are back puffing on a cigarette and all those days of being nicotine-free are a thing of the past once again. Don’t waste your time like I did trying to quit smoking cold turkey without the right system because you will still crave nicotine.

Smoking Cessation Didnt Work For Me – But The PQ™ Method Did

After I failed using my own cold turkey method I tried the cessation classes at my local health treatment centre, even in the waiting room before I’d go into my sessions I’d see women who were trying to quit smoking while pregnant and still couldn’t manage it! After learning how to quit smoking cigarettes using the P.Q.™ system I discovered from a good friend at my workplace, the first thing people noticed was that I appeared a lot more confident and they were right. My self esteem shot through the roof, imagine someone like me a smoker of over 20 years being able to refuse a cigarette and not even feel the slightest craving for one, for some people it may not seem like an achievement but it was for me.

My Love Life Actually Improved

My love life was a lot better (as my wife hated the smell of smoke on me before bed ) and even at work I felt 10x more focused because I wasn’t having constant nicotine cravings.

  •  After 3 months you feel less fatigued and shortness of breath is reduced 40%.
  •  After 9 months your risk of heart attack is reduced 25%
  •  After 12 months your skin , lungs and hear are healthier, you’ll have saved an avg. of $3826.00
Hey I know being a smoker seems enjoyable, I was one for the best part of my teenage years and adult life but after rediscovering life without cigarettes, I understand now that the addict in me thought it was enjoyable, truth is I was miserable, moody and unhealthy and it was a selfish habit that affected my wife and son.
I had no clue how to give up my cigarette habit before and I’d say using this system
